A Formula One racing team required some large parts made from Carbon Fibre filled PEEK. At the time this was cutting edge technology and the raw material required for the job was simply unavailable anywhere in the world within the required timescale. We not only found a UK company willing to invest with us in this project but we produced the moulding tools for the rough blanks and then finish machined the end product to the extremely tight tolerances required. Result: One very happy customer.
